Terms of use and sale

Version effective 6 August 2026.

What you purchase: time-limited access to a continuously updated information database. You are not purchasing a booking or a guarantee of admission to a venue.

Information and venue decisions

HerWhere checks and dates its sources and updates the database continuously. Nevertheless, a venue may change its rules without notice, apply special hygiene or safety requirements, or make an on-site decision. Always contact the venue shortly before travelling.

Paid access

The €7.99 Travel Pass provides access for 30 days. The €29.99 offer provides access for 12 months. Both are one-off payments with no automatic renewal. Access starts after Stripe confirms payment.

Immediate performance · non-refundable purchase

Purchases are non-refundable. Access opens the entire database immediately after payment: the digital content is therefore supplied in full as soon as the purchase completes. At checkout, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights: a payment charged in error or a paid access that was never delivered will of course be corrected · contact herwhere.info@gmail.com.

Personal access · permitted use

HerWhere access is strictly personal. Your credentials may not be shared, lent, resold, or used by more than one person. The detailed directory — venue names, addresses, verdicts by swimwear cut, quotations, sources and verification dates — is provided so that you can plan your own trips, in a private capacity.

The following are prohibited without HerWhere’s prior written consent:

Database ownership

HerWhere is the maker of the database within the meaning of Directive 96/9/EC and of Articles L341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Its creation, verification and presentation represent a substantial investment: months of correspondence with venues, reading of published rules, item-by-item verification and dating of every reply. HerWhere is therefore entitled to prevent extraction and re-utilisation of all or part of its content, including where the underlying information is public. The HerWhere name, logo, texts, images and site architecture remain its property.

Purchasing access grants a personal, temporary, non-exclusive right of use. It transfers no ownership in the database or its content, and is not a licence to re-use it.

Breach

In the event of a breach, HerWhere may suspend or close the access immediately, without refund, and pursue the remedies available at law. Unauthorised extraction or re-utilisation of a protected database is a criminal offence under Article L343-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code. HerWhere reserves the right to embed discreet markers in the data it serves, in order to identify the source of an unauthorised disclosure.

Travel and third parties

HerWhere is independent from the listed venues and is not a party to their admission, booking or accommodation decisions. To the extent permitted by law, HerWhere does not reimburse transport, accommodation, holidays or other third-party expenses following a rule change or refusal of admission.

Privacy and personal data

Account and access data are used only to authenticate users, apply free-use limits and provide purchased access. Newsletter email addresses are used only for the newsletter after explicit consent. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by HerWhere. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at herwhere.info@gmail.com.

Problem or correction

Report an outdated rule or a purchase problem at herwhere.info@gmail.com. We review documented corrections as quickly as possible.
